The two best paying jobs without a degree to have are, in my opinion, a real estate investor and internet marketer. As you may have already figured out these professions are not jobs in the traditional sense. Meaning you do not go apply at a company to be a real estate investor or an internet marketer, you just do it.
What does a real estate investor and internet marketer do?
A real estate investor is an expert at finding bargain real estate deals. There are various techniques for finding property at below market value. In today’s market most of the deals are either foreclosures, short sales, REOs(properties owned by the bank), auction. After an investor finds a great deal they will either keep it for their own portfolio, sell it to another investor, or sell it to a retail buyer.
An internet marketer specializes in marketing products/services online. They are experts at matching products with the people searching for them. A common form of internet marketing is affiliate marketing. As an affiliate marketer you would market a companies products/services. When someone you refer to the company buys their product/services you will receive a commission. Commissions can be as high as 75% and there are products you can promote products ranging from a $30 e-book to a course that costs thousands of dollars.
These two “jobs” that don’t require a degree have been under your nose all along. If you have ever rented an apartment or house from a landlord, you were renting from a real estate investor. If you have ever clicked on ad online and then bought something, chances are someone made a commission.
Why are these the best “jobs”?
With these “jobs” you are able to leverage your time and money. You have the ability to build systems. Once these systems are in place you are able to drastically reduce the amount of time you work to make the same amount of money.
With a 9-5 job you have to work the same amount of hours to make the same amount of money. With internet marketing and real estate investing, you can implement systems with the use of technology and the internet to do your work for you. Once those systems are set up, you can use the time you save to do things that you enjoy in life.
